3. SARDINE
Walking into this enchanted open-air restaurant you will be impressed by its traditional take on Bali. Set under a gorgeous thatched bamboo roof, SARDINE has a stunning outlook over the illuminated rice paddy fields and lily ponds. The produce is equally impressive with daily seafood caught by the local fisherman and organic vegetables from its own vegetable garden.

4. JACKSON LILY’S
Jackson Lily’s is the newest exciting addition to the Bali dining scene. The concept of excellent Asian home cooking has been expanded and carried in a diverse and thrilling direction. The restaurant is a vast space, a cathedral dedicated to cuisine; in which to entertain, and to be entertained by exciting, novel flavours and compelling artful presentation.

5. SHIMA
Shima strives to provide guests with the ultimate Teppanyaki and Shabu Shabu dining with highest quality ingredients prepared by internationally trained chefs. Shima serves premium quality imported Australian beef, Wagyu beef, locally caught fish delivered fresh daily and local, organically grown vegetables alongside an extensive list of imported wines and delicious cocktails.

6. DA MARIA
Headed by restaurateur Maurice Terzini, the osteria style spot offers classic Italian dishes in brightly designed interiors of white and blue hues, perfectly echoing the fresh ocean breeze of the Italian coast. By night, the place takes on partying vibes with disco lighting and lives DJs.

7. SANGSAKA
casual but culinary-fine 40 seat modern Indonesian restaurant with countertop kitchen. Uses a wide range of woods and charcoal to create unique dishes mimicking the distinct flavours from around the archipelago.

8. MOTEL MEXICOLA
The tasty morsels and modern takes on traditional Mexican fare are accompanied by a drinks list featuring tequilas, margaritas and Cuba libres, that can be enjoyed al fresco. In addition, Mexicola hosts regular house parties with live Latin music that will transport you ‘south of the border’.

9. MAMA SAN
Mama San Kitchen, Bar & Lounge broke new ground in late 2010 with its introduction of a unique dining concept and an impressive cuisine that marries ingredients, techniques and presentation from East and West. The brainchild of a passionate chef behind the likewise successful fine dining restaurant Sarong in Seminyak’s Jalan Petitenget, Mama San sets itself apart from other local venues with its cool, subtly-lit and elegant interiors on two levels that feature a retro style Shanghai.

10. BOY’N’COW
Boy’N’Cow specializes in dry-ageing all of their beef on site for 28 days. And all of this beef has been imported from the US or Australia – either grain or grass fed – and specially selected from organic and sustainable farms. This prime beef is then cooked until tender-to-the-touch using the traditional method of good old charcoal, on a custom-made Gaucho grill, no less.
